I have helped hundreds of companies across a variety of industries build high performing teams that maximize business results while creating a culture rooted in positive customer outcomes and employee development. But I’m not just a consultant, I’ve also led and built out my own teams all over the world.

At Talend, I was the global executive leader responsible for overseeing the post-sale aspects of Talend’s customer’s journey including Professional Services, Enablement and Support spanning 15+ countries and 250+ team members. During my tenure, we tripled the margin %, grew services revenue by 50%, and introduced subscription services which grew to 50% of the overall services revenue. The Technology and Services Industry Association (TSIA) identified us as the 2022 PS Benchmark Review Pacesetter for Best Practices for organizational design, processes, and systems. I also led a cross-functional collaborative group to produce the Customer Journey Playbook, a comprehensive set of processes and tools that drove a consistent customer experience across our 7,000+ customers.

At MarkLogic, I was a global executive responsible for a wide range of areas of the business, including scaling out the services delivery organization from being primarily US-based to having practices in 15 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, & Australia. I also built out key new organizations including our Customer Success and Sales Enablement teams. The Sales Enablement team designed and rolled out the MarkLogic Sales Framework, an end-to-end sales methodology which Gartner recognized as a case study to reinforce their research in their 2018 executive workshop for “Elevating the Value of Sales Interactions, Winning Deals by Enabling Buyers”.
